Getting to Know You

Each child wrote their name and what they liked in our "Getting to Know You activity.  This was a great way to include the  star words of the week were "I" and "like".

Names

We have done many activities using our names.

After writing the daily message we would call on a child to come up and circle the letters in their name.  I would write their name in one color and they would use the corresponding color to circle all the letters in their name that was in the message.
