Dr. Seuss Fun

We have had a fun week of celebrating and reading books written by Dr. Seuss.  We had crazy hat day. pajama day, crazy sock day, and  had a birthday party for Dr. Seuss on Friday, March 2nd.

Bald Eagle

We have been learning about American symbols in our study of Presidents and America.  We learned that the bald eagle is the bird of our country.  Mrs. Rider shared a link to a live eagle nest cam.  We have had so much fun watching the eagle take care of her eggs.  She has laid 3 eggs, the last egg was laid on Feb. 24 and it takes 30-35 days for the eggs to hatch.  Keep watching as they may hatch during Spring Break.
